Our team will be on-site 15 minutes prior to set up, ensuring everything is ready for a fantastic experience. Our Stylists and Makeup Artists will bring top notch products and prioritize sanitation between each guest.
We build a custom timeline for your wedding morning so everyone knows when to be in the chair. The order is flexible and we will work with you to make it feel seamless. All we ask is that someone is always ready when it is their turn!
We kindly ask that your party has clean, dry hair at the scheduled start time. We are not able to dry hair on site, so if your hair is wet your service time will be affected. For skin, disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or past reactions prior to your service, as well as any problem areas. Inform us of any active skincare (retinol, acids, exfoliants, heavy moisturizers). Share any recent professional treatments (facials, peels, waxing, dermaplaning, Botox) within the last month. This is to make sure the type of makeup used and application process chosen will wear well with your skin and be long lasting for your skin type.
We know wedding mornings can get a little chaotic and we are pros at rolling with it. That said, if there is a delay from your party, a $25 fee applies for every 15 minutes of wait time. This helps us protect the timeline for everyone in your group.
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and team. Full details will be outlined in your contract at the time of booking.
Gratuity is optional and always appreciated. It may be given directly to your stylist on the day of, or included in your invoice.
